Hi, I'm Mike Hatten & for over 20 years, I've been in a management role that saw me working with other managers from entry-level up to and including the C-Suite. I have been a C-Suite Executive or Senior Manager across a broad industry spectrum. I have built and managed small and large teams. The experiences gained have positioned me to help many other Leaders manage the stresses of not having enough time at work, not enough family time, neglecting their health, and many other challenges magnified by the recent pandemic. The good news is there are solutions to the difficulties you face, and I can help.
I founded Human Cornerstone Facilitations, LLC in 2008, based on the need to help managers improve their productivity and that of their team. 18 ABR. 2022 · Tommie Harris Jr., raised in Killeen, Texas by way of Germany, is an American football defensive tackle that last played for the San Diego Chargers of the National Football league (NFL) before becoming a free agent. Tommie has an extensive football career, having achieved many awards and esteemed honors dating back to high school and now spends his off field time giving back to the community and raising his two beautiful children. The Chicago Bears selected Harris in the first round, 14th overall pick, of the 2004 NFL Draft, and he played for the Bears from 2004 to 2010. In 2004, he finished second in balloting for the Defensive Rookie of the Year award. In only his second NFL season, Harris was selected for the 2006 Pro Bowl for the first time. In 2012, Harris’ life was forever changed after the sudden death of his wife Ashley, which led him off the field to embrace the role of being a single father to his two children Tyson and Tinsley. Austin’s Homemade Ice Cream originated in 1947 and passed through several owners before Joyce Snyder purchased the business in 1983. She started with only 13 recipes but throughout 35 successful years of making ice cream she developed an iconic business in the tri-state area. Making ice cream until she was 80, she finally passed the torch on to her daughter, son, and two of her grandchildren: Kim Adkins, Kevin Snyder, Tim Ruff and Taylor Strickland. In 2018, Taylor and Tim opened a second location, known as Austin’s at The Market in downtown Huntington, WV. Austin’s Homemade Ice Cream has become a WV favorite , especially with ice cream flavors such as Grape Pineapple, our Award-Winning Chocolate (Blue Ribbon- NICRA Convention) and Award-Winning Vanilla (Red Ribbon- NICRA Convention). She creates fun and positive learning experiences that inspire her students to feel enthusiastic about aviation and eager to learn more because flying makes them happy!
