12 JUL. 2021 · Today I am interviewing Dr. Adam Schaffner, who is co-founder of an organization called Reconstructing Hope. They help people who have been victimized by domestic violence. Dr. Schaffner explains hat by helping remove the physical manifestation of abuse, people can go on to live a more normal life.
Dr. Schaffer is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Adam Schaffner has published in numerous peer reviewed journals and textbooks. We will be discussing liposuction and horrendoplasty. I think everyone knows what liposuction is, but we'll be talking through when its indicated and who is a candidate. 21 JUN. 2021 · Once again, I have the honor of interviewing Dr. Michael Gold who is founder and medical director of the Gold Skin Care Center, Advanced Aesthetic Medical Spa and The Laser and Rejuvenation Center in the Tennessee Clinical Research Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
We are talking about neuromodulators and fillers - and how Botox came to be the number one requested procedure in cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Gold is a board-certified dermatologist and a dermatological surgeon and oversees the various facets of the center’s operations. A combination of medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic services, and research endeavors which began in 1990.
Dr. Gold is author of over 300 published scientific articles and 35 textbook chapters. He serves on most medical dermatology journal boards and is currently Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology and the Editor-In-Chief of Dermatological Reviews. In addition, Dr. Gold helped establish the Tennessee Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (TSLMS), with its initial meeting known as SCALE (Symposium for Cosmetic Advances and Laser Education.) He helped launch two international groups DAESIL the Dermatological Aesthetic Surgery International League and (5CC) the 5-Continent-Congress where he is currently president of the Congress.
