Only hours later, a woman walked into the police station with a chilling story: her fiance, Klaus Grabowski, a butcher and neighbor to Anna and Marianne had confessed to killing Anna and dumping her body in a cardboard box near a riverbed. 10 months later Klaus went to trial and took the stand to describe the events that led up to Anna's murder. This was too much for Marianne to emotionally handle and she decided to take justice into her own hands during the court proceeding.
