6 MAY. 2021 · In this episode, we have our first official guest: James O'Brien a music artist who switches between Hip-Hop/Rap and R&B Vibes and began going hard at his art after the release of his first album OB Season.
We begin the episode by getting a background of the music side of things and OB's experience with rejection, how covid impacted the music industry, and reminiscing back on the high school soccer days. We then switch gears to more serious and deep topics such as our opinions on Ontario's new lockdown, O'Brien's experience with drug abuse and addiction, and our message to men struggling with mental health.

11 MAR. 2021 · In this episode I talk about how losing my job due to the pandemic was a blessing in disguise and all the positives it has allowed for. I begin by giving background into what life was like pre-pandemic and tell the story of how things unraveled during the first lockdown. I then talk about all the positives of losing my job and the progression in my life that has allowed for. Finally, I give a direct challenge to the listener and some pointers on how to make the best out of the pandemic for yourself.

I touch on how starting a new life in Canada was and adjusting to the Canadian lifestyle, I move on to talk about my endeavors, Interests, and the personal dilemma of straying from my true self as I grew up. Finally, I tie it all together to slightly touch on discovering my passions and the process of rebuilding myself to be a better and more self-aware person.

The conversation then shifts from serious discussion to us giving you a funny story about the first time we went camping on our own and all the tickets we could have gotten.

5 MAY. 2020 · This episode we ponder the future of education after the Pandemic and what can be done to help high-school students find their career path, we then switch gears and look at Covid-19 infection numbers in Canada and discuss some possible solutions for dealing with people protesting the quarantine measures put in place.
In this episode, we have a first-time guest who is still currently in high school and discuss the effects the pandemic has had on high-school students here in Canada, how the future of education could be after the pandemic and other issues regarding high-school education. Shifting gears to focusing on the pandemic we compare current Covid-19 infection numbers in Canada's major provinces to infection numbers at the beginning of April which brings us to wrap up discussing whether the quarantine protestors are justified or just straight-up brain dead.

On this first episode of the segment, we talk about independence and different types of independence and learning how to be self-sufficient, we also talk about self-confidence what self-confidence is, the difference between confidence and cockiness and our personal encounters with developing our self-confidence. Finally, we talk about respect, demanding respect and asserting dominance without having to be a dickhead and what that is like.
