There are sound landscapes, fantasies, cold observations, hot emotions. I add a pinch of poetry, a little taste of tears, light of smile, the rustle of kind words.

5 AGO. 2024 · Landscape, the geographical one, i.e. terrain, vegetation, water bodies etc. and the symbolic, cultural one - will be different, depending on the moment of life at which we look. And I think we all know the feeling when we visit a place we haven't seen for a long time, and there is "everything wrong".
PS. Such journeys are really treacherous.
There are landscapes that "last a lifetime", but probably not everyone has found such a place. Besides, you can have several landscapes in you and build structures from their layers in you.
And we know that this older view is somewhere underneath, and that is why - pay attention to the landscape that you have at your disposal today, for yourself!
It's important.
25 JUL. 2024 · I look at my fear. I notice as he guides me. I look carefully, I do not turn away from my own fear. Think about it - what changes are you making thanks to it?
People act more effectively when they feel fear or anxiety. Paradoxically - when managing fear, effectiveness appears, but when it is released "unattended", destruction begins. Fear seems to be a good impetus for change when we need change, of course. Fear does not hug or stroke, but pushes.
Sometimes I thank my fear, I don't magnify it, I don't pay too much attention to it, I don't look to it for advice. It is an impulse. It is a strategic trigger.

The body knows and feels everything, before the mind recognizes, names and classifies the situation - the body already knows. Why is it so hard for me to listen to my own body? it's Incomprehensible.

In every town and city in Poland during the times of the Polish People's Republic (the 1970s and 1980s are important in that moment), there was an officially elegant place. It was a café, a community centre, a restaurant.... variously. But it was the face of luxury in this poor country in this grey reality. In Białowieża it was the Iwa hotel. We are remembering this place this place (me, Malgsia and Lars), because whoever has seen it once - will never forget it.
and besides memories - they have that international vibe, a common language of memory, don't they?

Please assume that the choice is not simply the exclusion of another option, forever, for necessity. It is simply setting a direction. Something gentle and natural. It is like admiring a landscape: we automatically turn our face towards a beautiful view, we look at it in openness, in admiration. Beauty is harmonious and gentle. This is how choices are made. Make decisions guided by beauty. Beauty in the broadest sense, beauty that is deeply felt.

8 JUN. 2024 · Often a thought pops into my head, anchors like a ship in the harbour and doesn't go anywhere until I do a ceremonial check-in - that is - I invoke the thought, give it voice.
Only then does it sail away.

No intellectual concept, however, is more important than living impulses, than information flowing from the body. Neither wishful nor philosophical concept is more important than a relaxed, healthy, vividly reacting body.

Something out of not-something, just because you are you, that you have the will, the determination and the time :).

Speaking aloud about difficult emotions, about invisible convulsions of the heart - is not easy. In fact, it is a very difficult art that only a few have mastered.... What about me? No, I don't think so. :) My language is Polish, so I wonder: is easier to express absolutely sincere, painful emotions in a foreign language.... ? I'm checking it out.
P.S. Scientific research shows that when we use a foreign language, our decisions and judgments may be shaped differently than when we use our native language. I reached for the work of moral psychologist dr hab. Michał Białek from the University of Wrocław / Poland, who, as part of a grant from the National Science Centre, studies the so-called foreign language effect. _______________________
