23 OCT. 2020 · Being in quarantine this past month has taught me a lot about myself. We're all forced to go within ourselves which, to me, is such a blessing being able to really dive deep into our thoughts and feelings.
So, in this episode, I want to talk to you about one thing I’ve learned about myself as I reflect during this quarantine. I took a trip down memory lane to look at the person I was in my past and the person I am now as a mom and a multi seven-figure business owner and what I realized is that a lot the big and difficult decisions I’ve made that have lead me to where I am now, have been based on my intuition.
I haven't gone to an Ivy League school, I don’t have a fancy piece of paper that shows my credentials, but what I have is the life I have now, the business that I've built, my family, and my team! I didn’t need all of the accolades and academic achievements to be blessed with so much. I have all these things because I followed my intuition and trusted in it one hundred percent!
In case you need to hear it today, you are enough! We all have the power within ourselves to lead a happy and meaningful life only if we listen and honor our instincts.

16 OCT. 2020 · Being in quarantine this past month has taught me a lot about myself. We're all forced to go within ourselves which, to me, is such a blessing being able to really dive deep into our thoughts and feelings.
So, in this episode, I want to talk to you about one thing I’ve learned about myself as I reflect during this quarantine. Welcome back to the Dream Into It podcast. My company, Fused Hawaii, is about empowering women to love their bodies and to be confident in the skin that they're in. I was thinking that I should talk about self love as well.
All of these years, I was so focused on self-love and trying to build my positive thought process up and still continuously doing so. I totally believe that these thoughts will continuously recreate our realities in front of us. I learned that those parts of me needed love too.
I just wanted to leave a little reminder for all of you out there who are practicing self-love everyday. You are doing amazing and you're doing the hard work. That positivity, trying to change our trauma response and release our past stories while waking-up everyday and reconfirming all these positive things about you. I would love to just put a little reminder out there that those parts of you still sitting in the dark, they don't need to hide anymore. It's in all those intricacies that we find our beautiful selves, the self that we can love.

Here we are again with another episode. As always, I don’t have a script or structure to this episode, I just want you to see my process as it unfolds - including the good and the ugly.
I wanted to change my view about Mondays. I realized that my negative view about Mondays also started to affect my view of Sundays and let it even creep into my Saturdays. So today, I did things that made me feel good. I felt grateful and fully present in the moment.
Find your way home. If we can rewire our brains about Mondays, how much more about other things. Rewire your brain and teach it to always be able to find your way home. All you have do is to be in the moment. Allow your body to guide you to find your path home.
What is your version of home? How does it smell and look like? Allow your mind and body to find its way home.

I started something new in my Facebook group, Empowered By Fused Hawaii. We invited 30 random women to a Zoom live coffee date and we were just leading into this intention and desire for community. For this feeling of connection and building friendship.
I wanted to bring together 30 women in an intimate setting. To be able to sit in a room, have coffee and laugh. I wanted women to walk away with high vibes, friendships, smile and laughter.
Everybody is going through something different in their life. The goal of this meeting was to bring together a group of people who gets to be uplifted by someone else who is vibrating higher. Share their pains and struggles alongside their wins and joys.
When we come together and we share our pain alongside our joy, our sorrow alongside our happiness, we then get to experience this real human connection. No matter where we are in this globe, our status, our color, or life experience, it does not matter because at the end of the day we all want and desire connection.
We formed an Ohana and if it's something that you want, come and join us!

We're running into the weekend and I hope you take the time to slow down and enjoy your Friday. Stop and take notice of the moments that are passing you by. Sink into the moments when you feel happy and refreshed.
My Friday reminder for you is to have fun. Inspiration comes from those moments when you're having fun and you let go of control. Never regret the times when you had fun and the times when you weeded out a few tasks in your to-do list. The person having fun is going to have way more energy.
Stay inspired. Stay motivated. Stay happy.

22 AGO. 2020 · Today’s conversation is going to take a little turn into bikini and pregnancy.
One question I get asked a lot is, “Can you wear a bikini while pregnant?” I’ve been pregnant four times and as you all you know, I am the owner of a swimwear brand, Fused Hawaii, and it began because I was pregnant and I needed a bikini for my growing body.
So, to answer the question, YES! Absolutely! You can wear a bikini while you’re pregnant. No matter what shape, size, color, or age you are just ROCK that bikini! End of story.
In this episode, we talk bout confidence, the changes your body goes through during pregnancy, adjusting and giving our body what it needs, and just giving ourselves credit for how strong and beautiful we are. Sometimes, it’s easy to overlook so many good things about who we are because of our insecurities.
If you can take away anything from this episode, I want to know that every ounce of confidence that we can muster up in ourselves, that gets carried over to our children. What a gift that is to leave for them! Also, I want you to embrace all the changes and love your body mama, it’s been through so much!
