A great add-on layer or replacement for talk therapy. EMDR is non-invasive and focuses on resetting negative core belies or stuck thoughts. Equine assisted therapy supports self-regulation, emotional soothing and a safe play to practice mindfulness and self nurturing for oneself and a therapeutic animal partner. In this shared approach, challenges including complicated trauma can be addressed in a safe, supportive setting.
