23 ENE. 2017 · When I left my job I made it a gradual departure by staying on to hire my replacement and work part time while I trained him. This gave me a small amount of money for an extra month and afforded me time to work on gathering more leads. However, when working in a situation like this emotional intelligence is critical. Emotional Intelligence is going to be one of the most important strengths for any entrepreneur.
