8 NOV. 2020 · #evolvingwithetta #narcissist #thenarcissistam
Not proclaiming any professional analysis here, I'm merely sharing personal experiences from my reality. Along with professional content I've researched and gathered from a life coach and author, Lisa A. Ramono, who's had personal experiences with narcissists.
I hope you gain knowledge on this subject or at least learn something new that you didn't previously know.
Thank you for choosing my podcast to dedicate a few moments to. This means a lot to me and I appreciate you. Check me out on ig, Twitter and my YouTube channel.

7 SEP. 2020 · This episode is about a time when life was less stressful and being a child was full of innocence, fun, magic and loads of potential.
I take a walk down memory lane and remember my very first friend outside of my family, and while sharing today, I had an encounter that really shook my foundation. Only for a moment.
Reminisce with me, for those nostalgic moments in your life when the world was everything imaginable and then some.
3 SEP. 2020 · This episode is about just finding time to be you, a true you. Find comfort in knowing you don't have all the answers and you may never have all answers. However, you must continue to live and create, and share your creations with the world. Completely done or not, let's just go with what we know and live. We'll learn along the way, just get going!
Thank you for hanging out with me and my craziness.
Smooches!
11 AGO. 2020 · Today's episode is about the frustrations of a cancelled summer. Cruise life is not going to happen this year, and my family and I were all about to embark on the greatest family reunion's that our family would have seen thus far. Unfortunately, due to Covid, our vacations have become staycations.
However, summer is not cancelled for everyone. People are still traveling by plane and car, but we're just not there yet. Therefore, I will ever so gladly share my emotions and thoughts with my fellow Evolvers, if you'll have me.
So, thank you kindly for hanging out with me, you could have been anywhere but you're here. I'm flattered that you picked me :)
Until next time...tootles!
4 AGO. 2020 · Today's episode is all about your God given special "Thing", that you are the master of! We're all born with a gift, some will find out early in life, some will find out late in life. I just pray we all find out and grow from it. Let's conquer the world with our positive beams of light and make this world a better place.
Hope you like what you hear, leave me a comment or two so I can engage with you.
Thanks for stopping by and choosing me to hang out with. Until next time....bye bye.
30 JUL. 2020 · This episode is about a few things we could do, to maintain sanity, peace and calmness in our spirits. The world is changing and we have to as well.
So let's do something positive and lasting to center ourselves, even if just for a moment. Self care is the best care. If you are not happy and at peace, you cannot bring peace and happiness to anyone.
Be good to yourselves, be honest with yourselves and God will do the rest. Until next time....bye, bye darlins 🥰
16 JUL. 2020 · This episode is about how necessary it is to surround yourself with positive like minded people, when attempting growth.
You build relationships with people from all walks of life when you're focused on your gift. Some people don't even realize that they've been called on to share theirs. However, when you've figured out how you'll lead, guide, teach or assist in life, in that moment is when you're drawn to great energy. This is where your community takes shape and that natural high from love and support breathes life into your purpose.
I hope this gives you the encouragement to find or build your community and interest in finding what motivates you to create your positive space for growth.
Peace n blessings to you.
