(Source: BandCamp) Heriot are definitely one of the hottest metal acts of 2022 There are lots of amazing things happening in heavy music right now, and HERIOT can be added to that list with no doubt. The spanking new debut EP ‘Profound Morality’ is a very modern, post-(insert all sub genres here) having elements of extreme metal, hardcore, post-rock and industrial. We are the creators of the viral #ITSOKAYTOTALK movement'' (andysmansclub) "Our overall aim is to halve the number of suicides in men Under 45. I know that's a massive task, but it's something to strive for. Even if we only manage a quarter - we will have done something amazing." Andy's Man Club started off as an small support group with only about 9 men attending the first meeting to having currently over 30 support groups and counting throughout the UK.
