Es un podcast dirigido a la comunidad latina de Cardiopatías congénitas. Sus anfitrionas son tres mujeres que viven muy de cerca las cardiopatías congénitas. Marta Montero, puertorriqueña, tiene un niño de 11 años con varias cardiopatías. Belen Blanton es venezolana, establecida en Estados Unidos y nacida con una cardiopatía congénita. Jennifer Iguina es americana de padres chilenos y colombianos y tiene un niño de 13 años con varias cardiopatías.

Luego de ser invitadas al programa Heart to Heart with Anna de Anna Jaworski, pasado unos años a petición de Anna, surge la idea de realizar un podcast en español, en beneficio de la comunidad latina. Esperamos que nuestro programa sea de beneficio para toda la comunidad latina alrededor del mundo y que se siga conociendo y concienciando sobre las cardiopatías congénitas. What is a Heart Warrior?

Our podcast will target the Latino community of congenital cardiopathies. Our podcast is hosted by three women who live intimately with congenital heart disease. Marta Montero, Puerto Rican, has an 11-year-old boy with several cardiopathies. Belen Blanton is Venezuelan, established in the United States, and was born with congenital heart disease. Jennifer Iguina is an American of Chilean and Colombian parents and has a 13-year-old son with several cardiopathies. After being invited as a guest on Anna Jaworski's podcast, Heart to Heart with Anna, the idea of performing a podcast in Spanish that would benefit the Latino community began to emerge! We hope that our program will be beneficial for the entire Latino community around the world while shining the light of awareness towards congenital heart disease.
