About Toni Ronayne
Toni Ronayne is a visionary leader, culture champion, mother and advocate. She believes in the power of connection through authenticity and challenges cultural norms for how female leaders need to “show up” in the corporate world, championing that vulnerability is a strength to be shared. Toni is the co-founder of H20 Canada, a charitable initiative that provides clean water and sanitation education to villages and communities in Eastern Africa and she is committed to using her privilege in the mentorship of others.
In her professional life, Toni is the Vice President of Global Franchise Development for Freshii, leading the growth of their healthy quick service restaurants and has held various senior leadership roles with Starbucks, Teavana, and Aveda. As a global executive, Toni has traveled to the far corners of the earth to grow talent and industry across 5 continents.
Toni has committed herself to living a life of “yes” which has opened up a multitude of experiences. In this vein, Toni took on her greatest growth experience in her new role as a mother, when she and her husband adopted their three daughters. She now devotes her life to loving and supporting her strong and beautiful children as they bloom and grow. Toni is passionate about advocating for families to overcome the archaic methods that exist within the system, to reduce the layers of trauma that adoptees experience in their lives, and to challenge the systemic beliefs that “adoption is a fairy tale”.
Toni’s new personal ambitions now involve becoming an author, moving to the country, and restoring the 1800s Victorian farmhouse of her dreams in 2021.
