Then we focus on the narrative that is Angel Reece and Caitlin Clark and the difference between how they are viewed as opposed to how Larry Bird and Magic Johnson were viewed. Bird and Magic elevated the game whereas with Angel and Caitlin it seems to be more about narrative and media framing that has nothing to do with the game.

And the sports media world mourns the loss of voice of ESPN Mike Patrick who was play-by-play voice for 36 years. He passed at the age of 80 from natural causes.
