29 ENE. 2022 · In this episode I speak (and not only;) ) about the state of mind in which there is only present moment. I had a moment of being completely in here and now.
This is an episode different from previous ones from this series.
Transcription:
I realize that I need to do just the next step…When that is done, I look what comes next. Before the first step, I don’t know what follows. The present moment stretches itself in time as if it would continue for years, forever. I learn to accept the waiting. This is literally the act of just provoking the next step to begin. My job ends when the start button is pressed…

there is a pattern of not ending a thing despite the fact that this thing isn’t fresh anymore .in spite of the
fact that a truer thing has already appeared .letting the thing remain in existence .building on top of
the previous thing .adding a new element .observing the old thing continuing to be present .but also ,having
the courage to gradually transform the old thing .being ok with disappearing excitement ,even in a
new thing .having the wisdom to know when and how to transform .cause this is a dying process .and you
need to be gentle with death (disclaimer :death in a metaphorical sense ) .

for now I choose the path of accepting my sub-optimal survival strategies (survival = the concept taken
from Peter Ralston .valuable teacher) .I’m conscious of the fact that they give me hurt emotional
responses .my self-love ,though ,leads me toward the direction of silent observation and letting things in
.I even let the observation of non-optimality of silent observation of my strategies in .I even let the
observation of potential merging with inadequate new habit in and I love the feeling of being helpless
with the delusion of being helpless ,the delusion of not being able to do something with this delusion of
being helpless . previously, the doer was present more often .
You can choose a strategy of not moving at all. Or, not moving from time to time… Not moving in a sense of not having the agency. Agency is not always required for life to become better. In agency periods, one arranges his life, consciously creates structure. Then, he just watches it flowing as a finished song. It has a life of its own.
Now, everything is set. Let’s watch it flowing!
