The beauty of the 'good news' is that this same gospel message of Christ's love to the hurting, hungry, lost and unwanted is not limited to one community or one culture...and that's where you come in!

It's a good reminder that when the road ahead of you is a bit foggy, never, ever try to use your brights ;) Julie and I are soaking in the summer sun, but once we are too burnt to do so, we will be back with another full episode in the future!

What if we hopped off, took a step back and learned from Jesus. Instead of working so hard to stand out, He instead humbled Himself to serve others. May we all grab a towel and get to work. The work worth climbing for.

7 MAY. 2023 · One would think that the church would be a safe place - a body of people claiming to follow Jesus, who, himself, was an emotionally safe and accepting kind of Savior! Challenging at times (yes), but He was always filled with grace and compassion and a love so contagious that people could not help but be drawn to Him. What happens when we experience just the opposite? Church trauma is real and hopefully you have not experienced the shame and manipulation that both Taylor and Devin reveal in their very honest stories. But don't be dismayed friends; hope awaits.

30 ABR. 2023 · "Hey, Jesus, could you please pass the A.1. sauce?" Imagine having this type of confidence during a conversation at a steak dinner that Jesus invited you to IN FRONT of your enemies. When I say "pull up a seat, there's no reservation needed" every week... I mean it. And so does He.
