16 ENE. 2023 · In this episode of the Land UP! podcast, we ask where do we land up on the land rights of persons with disabilities? We spoke to Professor Gregor Wolbring of the University of Calgary and Professor Pratima Gurung of the National Indigenous Disabled Women Association Nepal, to help us define and challenge the current language used with regards to persons with disabilities. The episode will touch on less known terms dealing with discrimination that can happen for people with disabilities within spheres of environmental activism and hopefully, begin to create a narrative around this important nexus. -
