What it does to your brain, how it helps you to live good quality of life and if you are feeling out of balance, how far away the good night sleep can be achieved, some people would say that improving sleep is difficult even impossible that we are who we are and that is it, almost we stuck with our issues and problems linked to sleep. If you ask a good sleeper what they do to get to sleep, chances are they will shrug their shoulders and say, ‘Nothing’, they simply put their head on a pillow, and they just sleep without thinking about it. If you ask someone who suffers from lack of falling asleep (insomnia) or maintaining the sleep they will give you a long and detailed list what they do during the day, and how they wind down before bed, and what they do during the night.
