17 MAY. 2023 · This is the most personal episode thus far. Part of my healing process is me letting go of the things I’ve held on to for so long and one way to get it out is by finally talking about it. I debated whether or not to do it publicly but it quickly hit me who’s to say me taking my “demons” out the closet won’t have someone else go into a spring cleaning? It’s time to take control, live in the moment EVERY moment and create the life that we’re destined for.
This episode was recorded May 16, 2023. It is uncut as the software I used this time around didn’t let me clean it but this unapologetically me and my truth anyways. So flaws and all…pauses and all… tune in !

28 years of existence and something as fundamental as the ABCs always changes meaning depending on your life experience level. At one point it's A as in apple, B as in boy, C as in cat but when you get to a certain stage (not age), it can change to A as in accountability, B as in boundaries, C as in comprehension.
