The Motown Alumni Association is an organization primarily composed of former employees of Motown Records. This includes not just the famous singers and musicians, but also songwriters, producers, engineers, secretaries, and others who worked behind the scenes to make Motown the iconic record label it became.  




Here's what they do:

• Preserve Motown's Legacy: The MAA works to keep the spirit and history of Motown alive through various events and initiatives.
• Support Motown Alumni: They offer support and resources to former Motown employees, helping them connect with each other and access benefits.
• Educate the Public: The MAA is involved in educational programs that teach people about Motown's impact on music and culture.
