16 ABR. 2021 · Hello! In this episode I talk about using self-care to recharge and feel better. It’s an essential need that we all could use. I talk about how I deal with stress.
I also talk about hustle culture, like why society tends to pressure us to work nonstop. Sometimes it’s good to recharge and rest. Doing more and more doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll feel better and
happier.
Recognize that even the small tasks count. Give yourself credit! Hope this helps anyone!

3 MAR. 2021 · Here I talk about my experience with the common advice “distracting yourself” and some coping techniques that I find helpful. I learned to do what is best for me, as long as it is healthy and beneficial.
Also, please excuse the beginning (mind went blank), I wanted to edit and cut that part but couldn’t anymore.
It isn’t all in your head, our brains are a vital organ. This has to do with science and psychology. Hope this may help someone. Enjoy the episode! :)
