It is the little things, the minute details that we often ignore or overlook in our lives. These same details have a tendency to pile up over time and after a while the pile is disturbed and much like an avalanche atop a mountain, that conglomerate of tiny snowflakes begins to cascade. We find ourselves unable to maintain our footing. We get carried away by the landslide of snow, trees, rocks, and whatever else momentum brings with it down the slope.

Eventually, we are buried beneath those tiny, seemingly minuscule snowflakes, the details.

Many spend a great portion of their lives buried, barely existing. Few of us manage to surface from the aftermath.
