On this episode, the crew trek to State 38 Distillery out in Golden, Colorado for #FatTuesday and #NationalAbsintheDay to test the waters at one of Colorado's premier Absinthe distilleries. The guys sit down with owner Sean Smiley to talk about the history of his distillery, how he got in the booze game and a whole slew of other native talk. Between Daniel & Sean, we get some great insider knowledge on where you can catch a righteous buzz around the state. Between in the booze talk, we get Sean & Daniel's tips for food, favorite beverages and everything else about what makes this state great. With hypotheticals that are thrown in & current affairs (Avalanche & Mountain Lion fights) touched on as well. Great episode, great guests... and great booze! As the guys were up there to "cover" Winter #Wondergrass... they really were just having a big time & needed some help in the recovery period of the daytime.. Will was kind enough to tell us about his upbringing, how he went from snowboarding to drug dealing (the cool kind thats legal), and his favorite stops around town. After sitting down with Will to learn about Billo, the guys got their hands dirty and spoke with Amy Webb of #1906Edibles to talk about the effects we need to see from our edibles, and what we should eat to prepare for another night of partying... After the science talk, we dive in to music, tops of the town... and some history of their company, which has a wide variety of dankness that would satisfy even my own mother with their delicious treats...
