12 NOV. 2019 · I was able to sit with the Corporate Chef of Bravo! Johnny Imbriolo while he was visiting Columbus and what a treat it was! His Executive Chef of the Olentangy River Rd. locations Tammy Bellar also joined us to talk about the difference between Mediterranean Italian Cuisine versus the "Northern Italian Style." No wonder I love it so much! Plus, the stories he talks about from his father, to cooking in Italy and how he impersonated Emeril Lagasse! The stories will hopefully make you love the food even more the next time you visit.
29 OCT. 2019 · Jen Crichfield is known as the "Buckeye Chick" as the new franchise owner of "Chicken Salad Chick" at Polaris. It's on the corner of Worthington Rd and Polaris Parkway and let me tell you, it's a hidden gem! This concept has only been in the south and for good reason Jen brought it to Columbus for all of us to meet "Fancy Nancy," "Kickin' Kay Lynne" and more delicious Chicken Salad flavors and sides. 15 OCT. 2019 · Owner Tony Tanner told me how he started out in politics, went to own a butcher shop and now is a restaurant owner as well! This crazy journey of his was inspired by a close friend who passed away from cancer, who you can honor at The Old Spot by ordering "The Earl" from the bar. This restaurant and butcher shop partnership is such a huge success that it's led them to create an Indiegogo Campaign to raise funds to open a large production facility to better prepare the meats for their customers. Meats that are in dishes that Tony will tell you about and make your mouth water and want to stop in for a sausage board or two!
1 OCT. 2019 · Co-Founder Diane Warren and General Manager Seth Wensinger joined to talk about how this Deli came to be in Columbus in 1984. Diane started out with needing to keep their safe in the floor and now Katzinger's has two locations! But do you know who "Katzinger" is? I was shocked! I will say the Jewish Deli tradition is still alive all thanks to Diane's love of sandwiches instead of the beach.

You think cookies are so innocent but when it comes to deliveries (like seven different women getting an order from THE SAME GUY!) you learn from mistakes and relationships grow.
