The ONE Voice Initiative was founded by a group of Realtors concerned about the racial disparity of home ownership between Black households and White households in the Twin Cities. Our goal is to level the playing field in home ownership by empowering and educating the minority community. Our group was touched and driven by the events of racial inequality displayed in Minneapolis the summer of 2020. As Realtors, what we know best is lives are changed with home ownership. With the ONE Voice Initiative, this life changing event will now be available for all households regardless of their skin color.
