20 OCT. 2021 · Have you ever felt like a certain part of your life (insert ANYTHING ..ie. work, relationships, hobbies) is taking over a negatively impacting other areas of your life? Yea? Me too. And over the years, I have learned how to create better boundaries. And I am still working on it... but I wanted to share what I have learned, and how it has helped me find a little more *balance* in my life. Because when you are better, the world is better!
22 SEP. 2021 · We are living in weird times. An odd era. An era of information, of mass media, of social media. We are connected to information from the moment we wake up until the moment we go to bed. Today we hear about all of the causes, all of the tragedies, all of the drama, all of the politics. We are bombarded with information.
It’s overwhelming.
Today I am offering 5 tips that have worked for me to help me figure out my next move when I am overwhelmed, stressed, and numb.

These gardens follow a basic set of guidelines, including color, a walking path, and a water feature that have been found to be crucial in healing from trauma, but after that, the garden takes on the life of it's gardeners!
