I am love. I am light. I am free. I am Me.
Each phrase is gently woven into the rhythm of the breath — inhale creating space, exhale softening tension. A lengthened exhale supports parasympathetic regulation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to become clearer.

I hope you're being gentle with yourself. Mental Health Awareness Week is a fantastic time to refocus our efforts as individuals and take proactive action regarding our mental health.
Meditation is an incredible tool and comes in many shapes and forms, so there is an approach for everyone.
As part of our continued commitment to being the positive change, I have recorded a 5-minute Nervous System Reboot Meditation combined with custom-made binaural beats.
In this Nervous System Reboot Meditation, we use the power of Theta waves to help us enter a dreamlike state while remaining fully conscious and aware.

Mantras can help induce a deep state of relaxation and a sense of oneness (connection) to mind and body. Mantras are a great way to focus awareness and attention during meditation. Mantras have been used worldwide for thousands of years in many different cultures and belief systems, including Buddhism, Hinduism and Tantric practices.
Mantra can be chanted out loud, internally, or a combination.
Some mantras don’t have a translation or meaning and use Biji Seed Sounds, which resonate on a cellular level to bring a sense of deep-rooted positive change.
Seed sounds are often part of the Nada Yoga tradition (the yoga of sound).

Get comfortable and settle in to benefit from binaural beats; headphones are required. The sound journey is still deeply relaxing without headphones.
Binaural beats temporarily influence our brains to produce different brain wave states; through an auditory illusion by playing a different frequency in each ear, the brain finds the middle ground a creates a thirds frequency which is a binaural beat.
We can influence which brainwave the brain produces by changing the frequencies; for example, a specific frequency is played for a profoundly restorative sleep-like state to encourage the brain to produce delta waves temporarily.
Binaural beats are an incredible tool to promote deep states of relaxation and are entirely safe, and it’s advised never to use binaural beats whilst driving or operating machinery. The brain returns to its normal brainwave instantly at the end of the session.
