5 MAR. 2021 · This is the hearing on my most recent motion for sanctions. Attorney Tara Heater is speaking on behalf of the state and clinging to a technicality. Attorneys Cormier and Livernois were connected to the session but chose not to utter a word. Will the judge do the right thing now?
12 SEP. 2020 · This is the hearing I have been waiting a long time for. The prosecutors tried to pull an unconstitutional fast one on me. They filed for a gag order and then withdrew it after the ACLU wrote a brief on my behalf. They also changed the whole county attorney's office for the case, providing a new prosecutor from Grafton County to take it over. The new prosecutor stuck up for the original junk motion. This was my chance to let her know she is in for a wild ride if she keeps up this bullshit.
