Analisa started in the insurance industry 18 years ago. I first saw Vicki on the housewives show and what intrigued me was that she was also in the same industry. I started following Coto on social media and when she franchised, I applied and they wanted to work with me. I started Coto Colorado in 2017 and not long after that, Vicki became my own personal mentor teaching me the retirement side of the industry.
In September of 2019 together we formed Financial Wellness with Vicki. Over the years we have developed a close friendship based on our love of insurance, Puerto Vallarta as well as mutual respect for each other. We complement each other very well when it comes to business and both have the same crazy work habits. She's the brighter better version of myself and one of my closest friendships. I was thrilled to interview her to hopefully showcase the Vicki that I know to others. We have some exciting projects that we are working on too.

13 MAY. 2021 · For all of Kristi Hugstad's adult life, she had one clear goal: to provide the highest opportunity for fitness and health to everyone who walks into her studio or gym—a feat she accomplished daily for years until an unimaginable day in October 2012 when in one tragic moment everything changed. In the wake of epic grief, Kristi's life has found a new trajectory. She discovered a deep desire to inspire and help those in need, not just physically but emotionally, psychologically, and even spiritually. Her mission now is to reach out to those wrestling with grief and offer the opportunity to find a safe place to confront their pain and fears, to address them, change them, and ultimately move through them to a new perspective and new life. A lifelong athlete and fitness professional, Kristi opened the first spinning studio in Orange County, California in 1995, and has been at the forefront of nearly every major fitness evolution in Southern California ever since. She is without match the quintessential fitness and health trendsetter in OC. A native of Minnesota, Kristi holds a master's degree in exercise physiology from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. She is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, trained in all forms of loss including loss of career, relationships, death, but with special emphasis on issues related to suicide. In 2014, Kristi began facilitating grief recovery workshops for groups and individual therapy. She has quickly become an in-demand public speaker about suicide prevention and grief for schools and civic groups throughout Southern California. Kristi's writing has appeared in a number of newspapers and media outlets including The Huffington Post. She has a robust social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, where she has more than 50,000 followers.

6 MAY. 2021 · Actress, singer, songwriter and entrepreneur Caitlin Crosby knows a thing or two about inspiring others. She began writing songs with Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds in high school and subsequently signed to his label, Arista Records.
Growing up in Hollywood and working in the entertainment industry inspired Caitlin to launch the campaign LoveYourFlawz to support those dealing with body image issues, with the release of debut album “Flawz” in 2009 through Blackledge/Atlantic Records. While on tour, Caitlin started The Giving Keys which employs those transitioning out of homelessness to make jewelry out of repurposed keys. Each key is engraved with a message like FEARLESS, HOPE, STRENGTH or COURAGE. When the wearer of the key encounters someone else who needs the message - they are encouraged to give it away and share their “pay it forward” story.
Over the last three years, The Giving Keys has employed 28 people who have struggled with homelessness, helped 22 move into permanent housing, and collected thousands of pay it forward stories. Today, they have over 50 employees and their products are sold at Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Fred Segal, Kitson and nearly 2,000 other retail stores around the world.
Caitlin’s story and mission behind The Giving Keys has been featured on ABC World News with Diane Sawyer, The Today Show, People Magazine, The Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, E! News, The Steve Harvey Show, Ellen, and countless other media outlets. In 2010, for O Magazine’s 10 year anniversary, Caitlin was chosen as a spokesperson for Oprah’s top 10 favorite charities at her “Live Your Best Life” events.
