Riff, the show's host, stars in a guest-less show that covers a huge array of topics, but he mostly stays within the realm of self-improvement.  He will occassionally reveals positive points of improvement within our culture/society, documenting his observations and experiences.  Some episodes feature fun-filled conversation while others are more intellectually direct.  Enjoy!
