Our two special Guests are Ms. Marva Allen of Hue-Man Online Bookstore and Ms. Shantae Gilmer of Premier Choice Group. Ms. Marva Allen founded Hue-Man Online Bookstore in 2013. Prior to this Ms. Allen owned and operated Hue-Man Bookstore in Harlem, NY from 2002-2012. Ms. Allen now leverages her experience in both books and technology, focusing on the Diaspora market. The goal is to pioneer a new business model that couples its hi-tech vision with hi-touch events around the USA and abroad called "Pop Ups". Adding to its hi-touch vision Hue-Man's Agency Services supports authors and organizations of color through a myriad of services. Allen is also co-founder of the imprint Open Lens. Ms. Shantae Gilmer is the Managing Partner of Premier Choice Group, LLC, a global consulting firm specializing in capital management, public relations and marketing, and event planning and production services. For over 18 years, Gilmer has worked in non-profit and government sectors and has extensive experience in contract management, organizational development, leadership development, program design and monetization, campaign design and development, and digital marketing.

Ms. Harris has been a member of NCBW for 27 years and was elected National President in September 2017. NCBW's mission is advocate on behalf of black women and girls to promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education and economic empowerment. Ms. Harris shares with Savvy Women Talk and our listeners the importance of Mentors in the lives of youth. She also gives an update on the new collaboration between NCBW and the 100 Black Men of America to make a bigger impact when addressing youth who are in critical need of positive role models, mentors, supplemental education programs, and examples of true leadership. Ms. Shanae Hill is the Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Premier Choice Group, LLC, a global consulting firm specializing in public relations and marketing, capital management, and event planning and production services. For over 18 years, Hill has worked in the private and non-profit sectors and has extensive experience in fiscal management, executive coaching, leadership development, change management, organizational development, brand design and development, corporate and philanthropy outreach, and image services.

She is also a motivational speaker, focused on providing practical advice and strategies that empower both men and women to conquer the challenges keeping them from maintaining healthy relationships and lifestyles.
