Every year we host an annual church and ministry-wide time of rest. We believe that God calls us to serve and fulfill His great work. We also know that He calls us to come away and find rest in Jesus.

This will be a special time of prayer, fasting, journaling, and growing in an intimate relationship with Jesus. It will also be a time to focus on caring for ourselves as well as strengthening family relationships and friendships through the ministry of presence.

Jesus has left us the most comforting gift of all - Peace, as stated in John 14:27. No matter how chaotic the situation may be, Peace helps us stay calm, hopeful, and faithful. It is the inheritance and legacy that Jesus left us. What his peace looks like is Him facing the cross with confident assurance, knowing that His death would make salvation available for all mankind. Throughout this month, we'll explore this gift and legacy of peace that "surpasses all understanding". Learning to live in this grace daily.
