Welcome to the rainbow!
I am Julia, and I became a psychologist for a very simple reason - to fix my own mind.
All the episodes are based on my own experience, I rate the topics by colours, from red, which hurts me the most and was the hardest to deal with it - to orange, yellow, green, which was easier, less and less difficult to manage. I will tell you about the way I did in psychology for my mental health, and I hope to be a type of support for people, who go through the same problems.
