Ancient gastronomy books are like a time machine, which transports us to past centuries and give us the opportunity to take a look at the dishes, flavours, ingredients and ways of preparing food from the past. This podcast is directed by Liana Marabini (philanthropist, filmmaker, writer and editor), as well as the largest collector of ancient food books and manuscripts in the world. She will share with us the contents of her books and manuscripts, she will invite distinguished guests and she will be in contact with her audience, answering their questions.
She will publish episodes every Wednesday and Saturday. The first one is about chocolate and its funny curiosities. The next Saturday she will speak about the last meal on Titanic.
