26 NOV. 2021 · Being an ICT trainer at SambaSports means you have to be flexible enough to morph your emotions. Sometimes you have to become a child to understand how a child is struggling to understand the concept. Most times you have to be able to sound super friendly but still maintain the boundaries that leave you to be the trainer and the child to be the trainee. We learn from each other. We struggle together. We try to be patient with the learners. It takes a lot to lower your IQ and present a curriculum fit for a degree student to a child from primary school. The process of simplifying those materials but still striving to get almost the same results as you would get from an adult is truly exhausting. Am not sure how we manage this but I think it's because we love our work. And we get good guidance too.
