Hi, My name is Basil Green and I am the owner of Lechem Motivations (Pty) Ltd. We the soft skills education company for youth who want education that equips them with the right knowledge, skills, and attitudes to succeed in a competitive working environment and life.

My past experience in the world of work, my (formal and informal) learning, and research have allowed me to see a gap in the market so I ventured into the above-mentioned type of business. When I was employed outside of Lechem Motivations, I worked in the following roles:

I have also worked as a volunteer Facilitator (Non Profit Organisation), Speaker (University and Non Profit Organisation), and Youth Leader (Church). I have been an entrepreneur for 8 years now. This has been one of the most rewarding journeys for me. My work experience and learning has allowed me to transfer my skills and package them as services for my clients and target audience.
