Chapter 6: The Path of Meditation
18 MAR. 2022 · In the sixth chapter of the Gita, Krishna shows that detachment from the outcomes of actions is not possible without renunciation from desires and expectations. He describes why it is essential to gain control over the soul to become detached from desires. Krishna also explains meditation and how it helps one gain control over the mind and thus become one with Brahman. He reassures Arjun that those who fail to achieve perfection in one lifetime will eventually achieve perfection over many births. -
Chapter 5: The Path of Renunciation
22 ENE. 2022 · In the fifth chapter of the Gita, Krishna explains that all actions are merely functions of the body, and therefore one need not be attached to their outcomes. He discusses how Brahman remains detached from worldly actions and their outcomes, and how those who become one with Brahman attain a similar state. -
Chapter 4: Knowledge, Detachment, and Renunciation
9 OCT. 2021 · In the fourth chapter of the Gita, Krishna reveals that he is incarnated whenever unrighteousness is on the rise. He explains that actions can lead to good and bad karma but there is no karma when actions are performed with detachment. Finally, Krishna describes how an act of offering is at the heart of a yajna and gives examples of material and non-material sacrifices one can make in life. -

16 SEP. 2021 · In the third chapter of the Gita, Krishna explains how both action and inaction lead to karma. He also describes how nature’s cycle depends on everyone giving back a part of the blessings they receive. Krishna stresses that each person in a social group needs to perform their respective duties for society to function. He further explains that one's actions are governed by their gunas (inner natures) and implores everyone to be true to their dharmas determined by their life circumstances and personal attributes. He then warns that emotions and desires can cloud wisdom and judgment. -
