They make their living behind microphones at iHeartRadio Gulf Coast: Shelby Mitchell, Mary Booth, Arielle, and Johnna. 11 ENE. 2020 · The Broads are SO freaking busy but they haven't forgotten about you! Here's a quick update on what they have been doing and why they are so sore! They want you to come see them in downtown Mobile Jan 23rd!!!
19 DIC. 2019 · Christmas convenience or laziness? The BROADS (minus one) recorded the podcast live from Ruth's Chris Steak House in Mobile again for Wine Wednesday! Mary has a birthday, so desserts were required! :) Johnna and her little girl were sick (helloo...real life)...so Mary, Shelby, and Ariel continued with the podcast and were not sorry to drink her wine. Mary talks about the Santa that provokes kids to take funny photos (what?). Shelby recaps her trip to London and makes a major faux pas with the wine!, Ariel talks Christmas finance and Hallmark Christmas movies. Quotes overheard: "Cloth napkins make me anxious." "Think before you click." "I used up all my words."
19 NOV. 2019 · Oh my. Pull up a chair. Or your cozy sofa. Or heck, just get in bed with your wine, we won't judge. Are you a planner? Or someone that just "bobs and weaves?" Or a little of both? The ladies talk about goals, dreams, and they read love letters they wrote.... to themselves. It's harder than you think! The ladies got real and raw. Shelby talks about HUSTLE (23;00), Ariel shared what a Release Party is (42:00), and Johnna made Mary cry. (39:40) Then Mary made ALL of the ladies cry -unexpectedly- with her love letter. (52:30) They concluded with singing (around the hour mark) and a task for YOU.
They recorded the podcast live from Ruth's Chris Steak House in Mobile, where they talked wine with Moira Henkel, owner of an ALL FEMALE company producing South African Wines in our area! Since it was a "blind" wine tasting, you can't imagine how many times the ladies guessed incorrectly! (Wine chat is the first 20 minutes). And they think their coworkers and management are THE BEST for showing up to support them. And to send them food. Among the pleasant interruptions were Kale & Bacon (outstanding), Ronnie the Boss, Crash the Wine Snob, and Samuel the Werewolf (!?) with dessert.

They learn so much from Steven the Wine Guy and the blind wine tasting. Check out their...interesting descriptions! (Dirt? Ribeye? Michael Myers?) They let you know what's been up with them the last few months! Does Mary get along with her grown children? Shelby misses her husband. We get an update on Arielle's son Gare-Gare! 15 FEB. 2019 · The ladies lost a co-worker and friend in the iHeartRadio Gulf Coast family. They discuss how they cope with grief within the work family. (We will miss you Lloyd!) Other topics discussed are Johnna's VHS videos, Shelby's Valentines trip to Buc-ee's, Ariel's crystal deodorant (!?), and as always, Mary's wisdom.
2 FEB. 2019 · Johnna, Ariel, Mary, and Shelby say a quick hello again...quick because they are all so busy being radio divas! One of the ladies is going 90 to nothing and could be headed for a crash.
