2 MAR. 2023 · In this episode I sit down with Laura Schock, the Worship Director at the Middletown campus to discuss our next Team Value: Take it on the Chin. I heard someone say recently, "When you need to learn quickly, learn from others.When you need to learn deeply, learn from experience.” After discussing key concepts like: feedback, criticism, and blindspots in this episode you’ll get a small taste of how to grow quickly and deeply.

1. As you connect with those who are new to the campus please be sure to invite them to our next Welcome to Grace experience on the 29th of this month (after each service, wear your favorite team’s jersey, or your favorite team’s shirt).
2. Reminder to you ministry team leaders/co-leaders that we’ll be having our next Leaders Gathering on Monday, Jan 30th @ 7pm at Middletown Campus
3. Our Semi-Annual Business Meeting is happening on Sunday, February 5th in Washingtonville at 6:00pm.
