He also served as a wellness/performance consultant to the US Army, providing classes and workshops to Soldiers, Senior Leaders, and caregivers. Mark then acted as the Senior Subject Matter Expert for the Military Adaptive Sports Program, for all Service Branches, at the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He spent five years as the Director of Mental Conditioning for the 2019 World Series Champion Washington Nationals Baseball Club.

Dr. Darrin Smith is currently the program director for Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (RMUoHP) Master of Science in Health Science program. His contemporary expertise is in orthopedics and rehabilitation, where he specializes in functional evaluation, therapeutic exercise rehabilitation, and applied biomechanical/neurological evaluation. Dr. Smith has been a practicing athletic trainer since 2000, an athletic training educator since 2000, and was a Clinical Coordinator from 2004-2010. Dr. Evan Osar is a faculty member in the RMUoHP Master of Science in Health Science program. He is an internationally recognized speaker, author, and expert on assessment, corrective exercise, and functional movement. He has authored several books on these topics including Corrective Exercise Solutions to Common Hip and Shoulder Dysfunction, Functional Anatomy of the Pilates Core, and Amazon #1 Best Seller, The Psoas Solution.
