Bryant Rivera And The Tijuana Serial Murders (Part 1) (5/11/24)

11 MAY. 2024 · A serial killer is an individual who commits a series of murders over a period of time, typically with a cooling-off period between each crime. Serial killers are characterized by their repetitive patterns and motives, often driven by psychological or emotional gratification obtained from the act of killing.Serial killers tend to choose their victims carefully, often targeting individuals who fit a certain profile or have specific characteristics that fulfill their fantasies or desires. They may have preferred victim types, such as women, children, or individuals of a certain ethnicity or occupation. The motivations behind serial killings can vary widely, and it is important to note that not all serial killers have the same motives. Some common motives include power and control, sexual gratification, a desire for dominance or to exert authority over others, a need for attention or notoriety, or even a deep-seated hatred or resentment towards a particular group. Serial killers often display certain behavioral patterns and rituals that are characteristic of their crimes. They may carefully plan their killings, stalking their victims and selecting specific locations where they feel they can operate undetected. Some killers have been known to keep souvenirs or mementos from their victims as trophies, reliving the experience through these items .Profiling and understanding the psychology of serial killers is an ongoing area of study for criminologists and psychologists. Various typologies have been proposed to classify and categorize different types of serial killers based on their motivations, behavior, and other characteristics. These classifications include organized vs. disorganized killers, motive-based typologies, and more. In this episode, we explore the story of Bryant Rivera, an American man who was preying on working girls in the city of Tijuana Mexico. The authorities in Mexico have compared him to Ted Bundy and there is now a conversation around the possibility that there might be other victims. Jeffrey Epstein And The Evidence That Walked Away (5/11/24)

11 MAY. 2024 · In what can only be called an absurdity, evidence that was collected during the first raid of Jeffrey Epstein's townhouse was left there when officers left the house and then that evidence conveniently got up and walked away. After an investigation it was concluded that Richard Kahn took the evidence from Epstein's townhouse but, it's all good because he returned it when asked. When confronted about this on the stand FBI agent Cathy Mcguire could not confirm if anything on the hard drives or any other documentation had been tampered with. So much for the chain of custody, eh? Let's Talk About RICO (5/11/24)

11 MAY. 2024 · The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly known as RICO, is a United States federal law enacted in 1970. It was designed to combat organized crime by targeting the activities of criminal enterprises, also known as "racketeering" organizations. RICO provides law enforcement agencies with powerful tools to investigate, prosecute, and dismantle these organizations.Under RICO, individuals or groups engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity can be charged and held accountable for their actions. Racketeering activities include various crimes such as bribery, extortion, gambling, money laundering, murder, drug trafficking, and fraud.Key features of RICO include: - Criminal and Civil Liability: RICO allows both criminal and civil charges to be brought against individuals or organizations involved in racketeering activities. Criminal penalties can include fines, imprisonment, and asset forfeiture, while civil actions can result in monetary damages. - Predicate Acts: RICO requires at least two acts of racketeering activity, also known as "predicate acts," to establish a pattern of racketeering. These acts can be a combination of state or federal crimes, and they must be related to each other and the enterprise. - Enterprise: RICO targets not only individuals involved in criminal activities but also the enterprises or organizations that engage in such activities. An enterprise can be any legal entity, including corporations, partnerships, associations, or even non-profit organizations. - RICO Conspiracy: RICO allows for the prosecution of individuals involved in a conspiracy to engage in racketeering activities, even if they did not directly commit the predicate acts themselves. This provision enables law enforcement to go after the entire network of individuals involved in organized crime. - Enhanced Penalties: RICO provides enhanced penalties for those convicted of racketeering offenses. For example, individuals convicted under RICO can face up to 20 years in prison for each racketeering count and up to life imprisonment if the underlying racketeering activity includes murder. - Civil RICO Lawsuits: RICO also empowers private individuals or entities to file civil lawsuits against racketeering organizations. Successful plaintiffs can be awarded triple damages for their losses, attorney's fees, and other remedies. Overall, RICO is a powerful legal tool in the fight against organized crime. It allows law enforcement agencies to disrupt criminal enterprises, prosecute key individuals involved, and dismantle their operations. Its broad scope and severe penalties make RICO a significant weapon in combating complex criminal networks. (commercial at 10:07) to contact me: bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

How Burner Phones Led Authorities To The Alleged Long Island Serial Killer (5/11/24)

11 MAY. 2024 · Summary for a Burner Phone:A burner phone is a prepaid mobile device designed for temporary use or anonymity. Unlike regular smartphones tied to specific user identities and contracts, burner phones offer a degree of privacy and discretion, making them popular for various purposes. They are often used in situations where users want to maintain anonymity, avoid being tracked, or have a separate communication channel without revealing their personal details.Key features of a burner phone include: - Prepaid Service: Burner phones operate on prepaid plans, meaning users can purchase minutes, texts, and data upfront without the need for a long-term contract. - Anonymity: Users can buy burner phones without providing personal information or identification, making it challenging to trace the device back to them. - Disposable: Burner phones are intended for short-term use and can easily be discarded or replaced when no longer needed. - Minimal Features: Most burner phones offer basic functionalities like calling, texting, and sometimes limited internet access, forgoing advanced smartphone features. - Privacy and Security: By using a burner phone, individuals can mitigate the risk of their communications being tracked, monitored, or linked to their identity. - Temporary Communication: Burner phones are commonly used in situations such as travel, dating apps, temporary projects, classified ads, or business transactions to maintain privacy. However, it's essential to remember that while burner phones can provide a level of privacy, they are not foolproof. Law enforcement and other entities with adequate resources can still potentially trace burner phone usage. A lesson now being learned by Rex Heuermann.
