After an investigation it was concluded that Richard Kahn took the evidence from Epstein's townhouse but, it's all good because he returned it when asked. When confronted about this on the stand FBI agent Cathy Mcguire could not confirm if anything on the hard drives or any other documentation had been tampered with.
