SURVIVAL MODEÂ
If you grew up in survival mode…
I want you to know something first. Nothing is wrong with you. Your nervous system learned how to protect you before it ever learned how to rest.
That wasn’t weakness.
That was love.
That was your body keeping you alive. And so many of us were quietly taught… “If I just pray more, I’ll be okay.”
“If I stay strong, this will pass.” But here’s what God showed me, very tenderly: He did not save you so you could still feel trapped inside your own body.
Freedom in Christ is not only about being forgiven.
It’s about finally feeling safe.
It’s about being able to breathe again.
It’s about no longer living braced for something bad to happen.
So many women are faithful…
but tired.
They love God deeply…
but their nervous system is still living like the danger never ended. And that doesn’t mean your faith is weak. It means your body is still healing. This is the truth that changed my life: Jesus didn’t only come to save your soul.
He came to make you whole — from the inside out.
Healing is not praying your pain away.
Healing is letting God gently untangle what trauma taught you. This is the journey I walked with Him. I got saved.
I got sanctified.
I was filled with His Holy Spirit. But I also learned how to feel safe again.
How to hear His voice clearly.
How to trust my discernment.
How to make decisions from peace instead of fear.
And that kind of freedom…
it changes everything. Inside THE BECOMING, I share the method God used to heal me —
not rushed, not forced, not religious. Just slow, honest, inside-out healing with Him. Because when your body finally learns it is safe…
your prayers soften.
your clarity returns.
your joy begins to come back.

Every time you see me,
you’re going to learn something new about elevating your mind, your body, or your spirit.Â
God led you here today to hear an encouraging word. As one whom He has granted heavenly vision,
He told me in prayer to tell you this: You have just crossed over into your next season. In Ecclesiastes 3:3, the Word says there is
a time to heal and a time to build. And God made it clear —
this is the season we are in.
