Birth and life, in their most primal and organic forms, remain the sacred domain of the ‘flesh kind’ — humans in their unaltered state. These organic humans, living in enclaves shielded from the stark realities of advanced technology, experience life with all its natural ebbs and flows. They give birth, nurture their young, and embrace the full spectrum of human emotions and vulnerabilities. As time marches on, the inevitable degradation of the body occurs — be it through age, illness, or accident. It is at this juncture that our society faces a profound divergence. Those who undergo a transformation, where their organic composition is significantly replaced by cybernetics, cross a threshold.
