Dallas Robinson is a military veteran and pivotal example of the power of self-belief. At 6 feet tall, he once weighed a slight 140 pounds, but once out of the service, he found himself embracing many of the foods and beverages he had not been able to enjoy. As a result, he got as heavy as 250 pounds. When his dress uniform no longer fit, he made the decision to make fundamental changes to his diet and lifestyle. Amid Quarantine, he managed to shed the excess weight and achieve a healthy frame of 188 pounds.
Now, he hopes to give back and help others to achieve their goals. He and Jesse relate on many levels, from overcoming the habit of excessive drinking, to embracing a healthy lifestyle. Although their diets and exercise routines differ, they are both proof that a willingness to make small, incremental changes holds the power to transform lives.
