RealTrade is an online marketplace and social media platform for real estate agents, buyers, sellers and service providers where everyone can come together to communicate efficiently, network and conduct business with one another.
Besides being a real estate agent and CEO of his own company, Ryan is also an avid freediver, spearfisher and hunter who loves to get outdoors with his son, Everett, whenever he can!

A major thread throughout his life has been setting and achieving goals; from running BitRealty, his successful brokerage, to engaging in activities like sailing and fitness, Ryan seeks to push himself out of his comfort zone and reach new heights.

Having both been in the real estate industry for many years, they share some of their personal experiences under different brokerages. One of the only downsides is that agents inevitably have to give up a portion of the commission they make from sales. Fortunately, there are some new brokerage models surfacing that utilize concepts like SAS—allowing agents to retain their own branding and entrepreneurial methods while keeping the commission from their sales.
