11 NOV. 2024 · Colorado's path to the College Football Playoff becomes clearer after win versus Texas Tech. The Colorado Buffaloes made a statement versus Texas Tech, winning 41-27. The Buffs got down early in the game, but battled back to win the game in convincing fashion. The victory, and loss from Iowa State, gets Coach Prime and Colorado closer to a spot in the College Football Playoff. Shedeur Sanders was fabulous against Tech, throwing for 291 yards and three touchdowns. 7 NOV. 2024 · Colorado Buffaloes Charge Towards College Football Playoff: Can They Beat Texas Tech?
The Colorado Buffaloes are back from the bye ready to make a push for the College Football Playoff. Colorado's College Football Playoff chances went up during the bye as both Kansas State and Iowa State lost. Coach Prime's Buffaloes are currently ranked No. 20 in the first CFP rankings, and will need to win out the rest of the season to have a chance at the big dance.
Deion Sanders and his Colorado team will travel to Lubbock, Texas to take on the Texas Tech Red Raiders this week. Led by stars Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter, Colorado is the favorite for this matchup. Colorado's offense has been great all season led by Sanders and litany of wide receivers in LaJohntay Wester, Will Shepard and Jimmy Horn Jr. The defense is also playing well anchored by Heisman hopeful Hunter, Shilo Sanders, Cam'Ron Silmon-Craig and DJ McKinney.
