22 DIC. 2020 · As we finish up this difficult year, our latest Paddock Pass podcast looks ahead to next season and gathers some insight into life within the SMRC marshalling team and the high-pressure role of the safety car driver within race meetings.
Podcast hosts Andy Alston, Glenn Alcock and Tom Denham speak with father and daughter, Alan and Heather Barron, about their roles within the SMRC marshalling team. They share some unique insight into their journey into motorsport and why being part of the marshalling team is such an enjoyable and rewarding experience. In particular, Alan explains what it’s like to have the front row seat for all SMRC events as Safety Car driver and Heather explains how she opportunely stumbled into marshalling and how others can join the team too.
2 NOV. 2020 · Andy Alston is joined by Scottish C1 Cup driver Tom Denham and Mr SuperfastScots Glenn Alcock as they look back over all the action from the 3rd and final round of the Scottish Motor Racing Club 2020 season. In this last round a lot of Championships were wrapped up in some wet, windy and even dark conditions. Andy brings you behind the scenes interviews with all the key competitors as Tom and Glenn provide an insight into what it’s like behind the wheel.
12 OCT. 2020 · Andy Alston and Scottish C1 Cup driver Glenn Alcock recap all the big talking points from the race meeting on Saturday 10 October. You can hear from some of the drivers across the championships in what was another action-packed day at Knockhill.

After an 11 month break due to Covid-19 we finally returned to competition, get exclusive interviews from the circuit and an insight into competing. No spectators were allowed at the event but we endeavour to make you feel like you were there.

They are joined by Reigning Scottish Formula Ford Champion Jordan Gronkowski, Mini Driver Craig Blake and Hot Hatch newcomer Erik Duncan. The podcast was recorded before the announcement that the 3 rounds in 2020 will sadly not include Scottish Formula Ford due to the low number of entries.
