In this video y'all I have some spiritual tea to give y'all about unexpected encounters from estranged relatives, coming together in a cordial way while still knowing what time it is and boundaries in tact. Is it possible to keep light cordial periodic relationships with relatives while maintaining healthy boundaries?! Short answer is yes..let's see.how this goes.

20 SEP. 2020 · In today's podcast episode, I am going to explain why I'm taking a personal Exodus from Facebook as well as social media as far as personal Pages go. I realized that fake book along with other platforms that are similar to it, are very fake and disingenuous tool used to make other people jealous. This tool is also used by narcissist and B cluster personality is to promote their false self and their bravado on social media. It's a constant competition for likes comments in amount of friends that you have on your list. Fake book has been very toxic towards me I will share the good and the Bad and the Ugly of my experience on there and why ultimately wanted to leave. I've been thinking about this for a couple of months now and now that I have turned a new year I want to turn a new leaf and change how I do things. This is part of my healing and reinvention process. If you have experienced some of the things that I've experienced in this video that I will discuss please let me know in the comments section.
Still will have my Facebook Messenger for messages from people I actually want to hear from I will only promote my creative projects and businesses but I will not be having a personal page anymore I think I will save that for patreon possibly so you can be to be nosey.
