21 FEB. 2024 · After a 4 year hiatus and a 3 year restructuring, Sub Da P.R.O. Made his return to music. After focusing behind the scenes on the plan to do damage, he dropped No Way in Sept 22. He wrote, produced, and recorded the track as well as published it thru his company via ASCAP and distributed the single thru TUNECORE. This was all he needed to see, and learn how to properly upload music to streaming sites. His focus now, 24!

14 FEB. 2024 · Hey loves I'm Henry Ciul and There's so much Chaos all the time in this world .I think it's important to capture emotion in a full spectrum. We can't remove negative emotions completely or look away from them all the time. Only when it affects us negatively to do so should we disengage with someone struggling. Example; crime scene investigators have to stare at mutilated, violated bodies of people and even children. It's horrible but it's how they catch the real evil and save people. It takes a huge toll but the knowledge of subjecting oneself to such atrocities is necessary to rid the world of rapists and murderers. They often seek talk therapy to process what they see and that leads back to communicating being the the best breakwater for overcoming mental instability.
Such is listening to people with a low opinion of themselves or who are just flat out struggling to cope in this insane world. Most of us feel wr don't live up to our and others expectations and with some support and understanding, most people will come back around to see the positives. Like me Kimberly. I often struggle and have a low opinion of things but at the end of the day I'm still proud of myself and know someone out there will hear it. Music has saved my life in so many ways, it's given me a outlet to heal and gives me power plus strength.. Music isn't meant to be heard it's the
