19 JUL. 2020 · Seneca said All cruelty springs from weakness. I totally agree. Today I witnessed to a terrible episode of a woman who kicked her dog who ended up into the canal. She was quick to pick him up and he seemed to be fine. However, it was shocking. I screamed at her but didn’t know what else to do.., Do you know about animal laws in the Uk?
