Andrew Smith is the co-founder of the Savory Fund, a private equity fund that specializes in partnering with restaurant concepts to deliver necessary capital, industry knowledge, and operational prowess to facilitate growth into multi-unit brands. Some of these brands include Swig Drink, R&R BBQ, and the Crack Shack. Prior to Savory, Andrew co-founded Four Foods Group, a multi-brand restaurant operations and investment company that built and operated 170 restaurants across the U.S. Andrew has raised over $520 million in funding, generated over $1.7B in sales and created over 32,000 jobs which remains his #1 focus. Andrew is also an EY Entrepreneur of the Year winner.
